Mary Ann Kabat, RN, MS, NBC-HWC, our National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, has over 35 years of clinical and consulting nursing experience. She will partner with you to identify challenges, set realistic goals and create a personalized plan with you.

Session Length: 45 minutes each

Session 1: Know Your Changing Body

Discover how hormonal changes during peri and post menopause influence muscle strength, joint stability, balance, and flexibility. Learn practical ways to adapt your  routine to support bone and joint health, prevent injury, and maintain your active lifestyle.

Session 2: Stay Fit & Strong

Learn the role of nutrition, protein, and hydration in supporting muscle recovery, healing from injuries and maintaining energy. Also, learn the importance of your pelvic health and pelvic floor strengthening.

Session 3: Remain Consistent & Motivated

Create a personalized plan that fits your goals utilizing strategies to remain consistent. We’ll also discuss how recovery, stress management, sleep and hydration influence your ability to stay active and keep up with your routine.
